Present position: Full professor of Public Finance, Department of Law, Economics and Cultures, Insubria University, Como. Affiliated researcher, Institut d’Economia de Barcelona (IEB). Since 2003: Member of the Advisory Commitee on Local Public Finance, Autonomous Province of Trento.
